Print products

You can return your printed item within 14 days of delivery if you don’t like it or there is a problem with it. If you are returning it because you changed your mind, just make sure that the print is in original and resell-able condition.

Digital downloads

Digital downloads or licensed products cannot be returned or refunded.

During the checkout on this website you are informed that in order to fulfill digital order deliveries for consumers immediately – without waiting for your revocation period of 14 days to pass – you have to dismiss your right for revocation during checkout.
