Shipping policy
Digital downloads
Digital downloads will be delivered directly after your order by email. As soon as our online shop confirms your successful payment you will receive an email with the download links to your products. If you have registered for a free account you will also be able to download your products from the “My Account” page.
Print products
Print production starts within a few hours after your order has been placed.
Printing / Processing time
Printing and preparing for shipping takes:
- The "Signature Edition": about 7 days
- Other prints: about 2-3 days
Shipping time
After printing and packing, shipping times depend on your shipping address:
- Within Finland: about 2-3 days
- Within Europe: about 3-7 days (sometimes up to 10 days)
- International: about 10-15 days
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout depending on your country of delivery.
